"I just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the Calm for Kids programme. I have loved the sentiments and attitudes conveyed each week to the kids. The little cards the kids get every week with each session’s topics are very useful to remind me, as a parent, to keep saying positive things at home, too. Better then the usual, “Get off the furniture for the 1000th time! Where are your shoes? And Would you stop licking the dog’s face?, the things that can make up the bigger part of conversation at our home. I believe anxiety is an underestimated modern problem, and left to develop can inhibit a child’s school experience, indeed, their life, so I think Calm for Kids is an excellent idea."

"Just wanted to let you know how thrilled I was about the "Calm for Kids" programme. I can tell when my daughter has attended this class, it has such a positive affect on her. Last week-end we had quite a "topsy-turvy" time and it was a little stressful. However, the difference in my daughter when I picked her up from school in the afternoon was quite striking. Then I remembered the "Calm for Kids" was on that day. She obviously enjoys the programme as she talks about it in such a positive light and I really feel it has a calming, confident affect on her, that flows over into other areas (her interaction with her brother for example). I feel that as life seems to become busier and the pace of life keeps increasing, it is so important to fit in some relaxation time. I know for myself, that if I am feeling relaxed our family life is so much better than when I am feeling under stress. It's an important lesson for us all and a real life skill.
