

Calm for Kids holds yoga / relaxation classes for children in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area. The Calm for Kids classes consist of balance, concentration and co-ordination exercises, breathing exercises and games, responsible interpersonal interaction, child relaxation and visualisations and positive affirmations.
At Calm for Kids, we believe that teaching relaxation techniques early in life sets children up on a lifelong path to health, happiness and balance, with valuable tools for managing overall health and wellbeing in daily life. All Calm for Kids classes are taught in the spirit of fun and friendship, with compassion, encouragement, and the greatest of care and respect for each individual student.
